Content Accuracy
DesignForge uses artificial intelligence to generate design systems and code. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or may not be suitable for all use cases. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated content before use.
No Warranties
We provide AI-generated content "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the generated content will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and your organization's standards before implementation in production environments.
Generated Content
You retain ownership of the design systems and code generated through our platform. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized and aggregated data from generated content to improve our AI models and services.
Platform License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DesignForge platform in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages arising from the use of AI-generated content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
